I’ve always wanted to make a pizza-themed amp. In May 2026, I decided it was time to stop talking about it and start making decisions about pizza slices.
The head is wrapped in a vintage Pizza Hut vinyl tablecloth. We went through several versions of the slice before getting it right. You’d think a triangle with cheese would be fairly straightforward. It was not.
A note about the tablecloth: it’s fragile. With use, it will wear and eventually tear. It’s a vintage Pizza Hut tablecloth. Frankly, it would be suspicious if it lasted forever.
The pizza lights can run from the amplifier or an external power source. There are two ways to light up the pizza. I’m not going to tell you how to live.
